Automatic “FCE” washing filter

This type of filter is the result of a very simple design, dictated by many years of experience in the filtration of products considered difficult and / or ecologically dangerous.

The main characteristics of the filter are:

• automatic cleaning of high efficiency sleeves in counter-current at low pressure by means of a large air flow fan, about 10 mc / min. per square meter of surface to be cleaned;
• large quick opening door for easy access to all internal parts;
• removable sleeve holder basket on wheels to facilitate movement and replacement of sleeves;
• modular modular elements up to a minimum of 6 square meters Up to 1000 m2 of filtering surface;
• possibility of installing dimensioned anti-explosion devices;
• filter fabric in different materials suitable for high temperatures, hygroscopic, oily or electrostatic products;

The material can be:

• carbon steel;
• AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel.

“FAC” cartridge filter

The cartridge filter is self-cleaning with low pressure and counter-current air.

It is suitable for air flow rates to be filtered below 1000 cubic meters / hour and where frequent product changes require rapid cleaning with the replacement of the filter element.

It can be installed in different points of plants where different products are in process, especially toxic ones; therefore each product can remain in its operating circuit.

The main characteristics of the filter are:

• cartridge filter with removable basket and counter-current washing; all small in size;
• cleaning the filter from the outside in optimal ecological and operating conditions; mirroring of the filter walls and its handling, such as to allow perfect cleaning in less than 15 minutes.
• small surface to clean + easy usability; therefore possibility of frequent changes of production without contamination;
• continuous backwashing at constant back pressure;

The filter is produced in various versions:

a) FAC 5 with cartridge D = 327 × 602 and filtering surface of 5 m2.
b) FAC 10 with cartridge D = 327 × 1202 and filtering surface of 10 m2.

High resistance filters

For particularly explosive products, special high-resistance filters (10 bar) are made, complete with compartmentalizing drain valve.

Planned constructions:

• carbon steel
• AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel for parts in contact with the product.

“FAV” bag filter

This type of filter is a practical and economical solution to solve most of the dry dust abatement problems, both from a technological / plant engineering and an ecological point of view.

The great functionality of these filters is due to the high efficiency of the automatic bag cleaning system which is obtained by means of a counter-current jet of high pressure compressed air.

The main features of the jet filter are:

cylindrical body more resistant to pressure or depression;
low maintenance costs due to lack of moving parts;
washing cycles adjustable from the panel to the machine;
filter bags in fabrics always suitable for the powders to be treated.

Possible executions:

open bottom;
with dust collection hopper;
with flat bottom and rotating extractor. The material can be:
carbon steel;
AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel.
Construction also planned for ATEX areas.
